Vision
A future where psychedelic-assisted therapy is an evidence-based, ethically delivered, and widely accessible part of Australia's palliative care system, providing safe and compassionate relief from existential distress at the end of life.
Purpose
End Wise fills a critical gap in end-of-life care by addressing the existential needs of Australians facing terminal illness-a dimension often overlooked. Psychedelic-assisted therapy in a supportive clinical setting can ease existential distress, restore meaning and connection, and counter demoralisation-helping people face the end of life with autonomy and peace.
A Patient Perspective: Jo’s Experience
Jo speaks about how her experience with psilocybin helped her approach her cancer diagnosis with acceptance and peace. She describes a shift from fear toward a renewed appreciation for life, connection, and the moments that bring joy.
